I am Lauren Kaye, an American who has made London home since 1976. 

I bring over 30 years of clinical experience to my work as a life coach. Following a rigorous, in-depth training and qualification as an analyst and psychotherapist, I worked in private practice for over 25 years. Prior to that, I qualified as a Student Counsellor (Birkbeck College, University of London) where I worked with students and staff as a psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist for over 10 years. 

My first career was as a teacher and lecturer in secondary and further education where I had a particular interest in inhibitions to learning and behavioural difficulties in adolescents.
